Friday is Art Day! 10.13.06
On Friday's in Tommy's class I'm helping out for art class. It has been alot of fun getting to know his classmates and teacher Mrs O'Malley. Chris and I went and had lunch at school with him but as you can see he sat with his friends instead of us. It looks like they are racing to get out to the playground.
This is Tommy's friend Buddy. He had a crazy mohawk when school started. They are making paper bag Jack-O-Lanterns. I got to sit in the middle of the table and keep them on task and not painting on each other. I'm really enjoying it. I usually end up staying for the rest of the day, which is science and that's fun too. Being in 3rd grade is fun. 
Thought it might be fun to put some pictures ofTommy's classmates.

Tommy, it looks like you have made lots of great friends. Wendy, I agree being in 3rd grade is fun!It is great that you can be there at school with Tommy and help out with art class.
Yep, Tommy is making some friends pretty quick, but he still really misses his Ketchikan friends. I am having alot of fun helping out, wish I could've been there more in KTN.
