Lizzy Basketball. 10.14.06

So here's some pictures of Lizzy playing
basketball. It's with the rec center and she
is having fun.

I'm trying to get my new camera
figured out. Trying to take pics in the gym without using my flash. So I apologize for them not being of the best quality.

Other than that things are good here. It's raining and blowing they say it's only gusting to 50 but it feels like much more.

Friday is Art Day! 10.13.06

On Friday's in Tommy's class I'm helping out for art class. It has been alot of fun getting to know his classmates and teacher Mrs O'Malley. Chris and I went and had lunch at school with him but as you can see he sat with his friends instead of us. It looks like they are racing to get out to the playground.

Looking down the valley

I looked out my livingroom window and noticed how contrasting to sun was. I took this off my front steps. We live up in the valley. Your looking down towards Unalaska(Dutch Harbor).
If you pull up a map online(google has good ones) and search us out, look for the school buses and that's were we live.

80mph winds & First Snow on the Mountains!

Well this weekend we had quite the weather. It's blown 30-40 and gusting to 80mph. It's supposed to slow down after 4pm today.
I took these pictures on Sunday when I ran to the store. We were suprised to see snow when the clouds went away. The picture with the ship in it is looking toward the airport. I love the color of the water.

Just Another Day!

Here are some sea lions we say today playing in the waves.

This one of my favorite spots for catching some crashing waves.
It wasn't even really that windy when we were out.

OK, so its just a seagull, but I liked how you could
see the different shades of the water.
So these are some photos that I took today.
Chris had to run some errands for work so I decided to get out of the house and tag along. And I'm glad I did. It was fun to watch the sealions play in the waves. Chris said when he was here in February that the sealions were hanging all the time.
